Remembering Grandpa

Grandpa Bronson left us to go live with our Heavenly Father yesterday. We will miss his tickles, his songs and his funny stories! He was a great example to us and was always there in our milestones. He will be truly missed!

The Goon!

We went yesterday with our friends the McCleve's and the kids had a blast! I am beat! What a fun day though! All the kids were big enough to ride just about whatever they wanted!

Even the big kids got to play!!!

Then we got to watch the boys throw baseballs to see how fast they could throw a ball!

We had a good time, and of course the kids have been asking all day "when we get to go again?", my answer..... NEXT YEAR! I need to re-cooperate! I am Tired!

Dream vacation.

Of course it is Disneyland! There are a ton of other places I would like to see like Hawaii, but I will revel in Disneyland while my kids still enjoy it!

Ok so the second part of the tagging is that you need to list 6 quirks about yourself.

1. I love peanut butter and syrup on my pancakes. I know, wierd!

2. Like Susan, I too have to have all the light switches in the down position!

3. I always have to drive! If Jason and I are going somewhere it is me that takes the wheel! I can't stand the way he drives! He drives like he is a trucker, slow and steady!

4. I hate folding laundry, on the same hand I hate it to be in piles every where!

5. If my accent pillows aren't in the right place on the couch it drives me crazy! I am constantly putting them in the right place because my kids have this idea to lay on them......

I know I have issues!

6. I have to have my house at 69 degrees or less at night! I can't sleep when it is hot!

Camping Again

We went camping this last weekend at Jordanelle! It was so much fun! We went with McCleve's, Lingwall's and Bruun's. McCleve's went all out on bringing their trailer to sleep in,

wave runners to ride on and a boat to do knee boarding. So fun!

The weather was a little crazy up there!

We got rained on both days that we were at the lake.

Luckily we brought our pop up shade to protect us from the weather!

As you can see the kids didn't mind the rain too much!

I don't know if you can tell but little Danielle was still eating her lunch and I was holding a towel up for her so that her food didn't get rained on! It fell a couple of times and the look she gave me was like "um... your not doing you job!". So cute!

We had such a good time! I think my favorite part was when the kids went to bed and we got to sit around and be silly grown ups! Nick about made me pee my pants! He is so funny when he has had too much caffiene and not enough sleep! Sarah had her fair share of funny jokes too!

On the way home we had to go through Provo canyon because Parley's was closed for road construction. We stopped at Bridal Veil Falls to see the fire and the helicopter. The kids thought it was pretty cool to watch it pick up water from the river and take it up the cliff's to drop it.

We had so much fun we are already planning next years trip! We can't wait!

Bragging Rights!

I am using the "mom" card to brag about my kids! We just got home from the pool and I can't believe that my kids are part human, part fish! Austin, the little dare devil, is diving into 9 feet deep water and having no problems surfacing and swimming to the side!! Holy crap! Karlee, the other dare devil, was showing me her skills and doing full on somersaults in the water! I just can't believe it! I think I was 14 before I was brave enough to do that kind of stuff!! My kids just amaze me every day with there ideas and bravery! Way to go you two!

Austin's Baptism

What a special day this was! My son. I am so very proud! I can't even find the words to express how I feel. The joy of watching your child follow in the footsteps of the Savior, and promising to be like Him is just incredible. How glad I am that he has a testimony and is so willing to share it.

How grateful we are to all of our family and friends who were able to attend. We are glad you could share in this great day with us!
